Scholarship Program Overview

Launched in 2020, the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph BIG Futures Scholarship Program is dedicated to ensuring the success of future generations of Canadians, providing them with additional supports to succeed in their educational aspirations. The BIG Futures Scholarship Program was designed to encourage and support students who have been involved in a mentoring program with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph, and who are entering full time studies in a first-year degree, diploma or trades program.

Four scholarships have been offered to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph youth who are pursuing their educational dreams. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these remarkable young adults, and we are excited to continue to build this initiative in the years to come.

Who Can Apply?

If you or your child is entering, or has entered full time studies in a first-year degree, diploma or trades program at a registered institution between September 2024 and January 2025 and is interested in applying for this scholarship, please review the Program Guidelines.
