Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph is dedicated to empowering young people through meaningful mentoring relationships that help them realize their full potential. Rooted in our community and guided by our mission, we work alongside volunteers, families, and partners to create safe, inclusive, and supportive experiences for children and youth.
Developed through collaboration and reflection, the Strategic Plan outlines our priorities for enhancing program quality, advancing equity and inclusion, and building organizational capacity. It serves as both a guide and a commitment to ensuring that every mentoring relationship is meaningful, effective, and responsive to the diverse needs of the young people we serve.
